10.000 ft speed penalty¶

At any time that you are below 10.000 ft, you will be charged a penalty if you are above 250 kts IAS speed. The tolerance is 255 kts. We remind you that some aircraft software do not use the standard OFFSET, so there may be a few kts difference between the speed measured by FDR, so we recommend that you do not get too close to the speed limits.

There are many different opinions and discussion topics for the 250 kts speed limit under 10,000 ft. This speed limit is our company procedure, it will not be changed.
