Helicopter Assignments¶

* This service is only for helicopter licenced pilots.

There are no other flight types on FDR-H. It can be used only for flying these assignments.
You may request 2-4-6-8 leg flights. Half of the legs will be flown away from the base, and the other half will be flown to return to base.
Flights are given on a random base according to the number of the flight legs and the distance of the flight legs that you select.
The flight distance of a leg can be +/-10 nm more/less than you selected.
You may receive a charter flight or cargo flight which depends on the type of helicopter you have a licence to fly.
If you don't complete the assignments before the deadline, your assignments will be cancelled. The helicopter will be returned to base, and you will receive -2 seniority points for each leg as a penalty!
If you choose to cancel the assignments by yourself, in this case, the helicopter will be returned to base, and you will receive -1 seniority points for each leg as a penalty!.
Be careful with your flights! If you crash, the helicopter will be damaged and go to maintenance for 15 days.
Your crashes will be recorded. If you crash three times, you will lose your licence and will not be able to fly helicopters until the helicopter division authorizes you again.

Note

Helicopters will receive maintenance every 100 flight hours. If the 100 hours is reached during your assignments, you may continue flying, but once you return the helicopter to base, it will be on MAINTENANCE status for three days and will not be available to fly until the end of the maintenance.
